Holiday Displays

Yesterday bohsnos mentioned a few of the area’s holiday-themed displays in his wish list post and I wanted to extend that list to give everyone some more options for this holiday weekend:

  • House decorations on 34th Street, Hamden
  • Trains at Kenilworth Mall
  • Trains at the Fire House on Cross Country Blvd (probably my favorite setup in the city)
  • The Hanukkah House, Park Heights Ave, Pikesville
  • Washington Monument, Mt Vernon
  • Santa’s Workshop, Inner Harbor
  • Trains at the B&O Railroad Museum

Please let us know of any others we should go see this weekend.

  1. Do they still do Zoolights?

  2. The trains on Cross Country Blvd in Mount Washington are amazing and a holiday tradition in my family. My parents used to go that firehouse when they were kids. yikes. They always manage to incorporate some current pop culture or history into the train display. this is a must see.

  3. The Ariano’s House on Gittings Ave is Clark Griswold esque – It’s definitely worth a drive by.
